Order a custom shape and size of our BUTTER-BOARD® to to make your original carving, model, or prototype. This material is nonabrasive, very easy to work with using hand tools for shaping, sawing, or drilling. This is a nice, smooth plastic that can be finished, sanded, and painted.

With our RTV silicone rubber, make a rubber mold off of the BUTTER-BOARD® that was carved and then with our R1 FAST CAST® (a two part liquid casting resin) make as many cast reproductions as you need.

If you make large clay sculptures, use our NC PROOFBOARD® foam as a lightweight core to build your clay on and shape to a finished form. This can save time, money and labor.

A two part, 50/50 by volume, very thin, rigid, hand or machine mix resin used to make industrial castings or decorative reproductions out of a RTV silicone rubber mold. There are rigid and flexible versions. Available in 2 quart, 2 gallon, 10 gallon and 55 gallon drum kits.

URETHANE FOAM BOARD
NC PROOFBOARD^® - Rigid, Medium and High Density
Used for CNC proof matching, patterns, special insulation for heavy products, signs, sandwich construction. Available from 1/2" to 20" thick in 4 ft. x 4 ft., 4 ft. x 8 ft., 4 ft. x 10 ft., 5 ft. x 8 ft., and 5 ft x 10 ft. sheets. Densities: 4, 6, 10, 15, 18, 20, 30 and 40 lbs. per cubic foot. Available in a service temperature of 300o F and 200o F.
